Finally got a chance to come on here at long last! Went to see the 'play' on saturday and absolutely loved it. I really wasn't sure what to expect, especially as it was to do with Morecambe and Wise, but it really was great. So many laugh out loud moments (and so many moments when the audience was laughing and I felt compelled to join in.. when I didnt understand the 'joke' ) Kim was brilliant! Absolutely hilarious, and looked to be in her element up there. She's a really good sport, and was trying not to laugh on quite a few occassions, bless her. Very surreal actually seeing her close up doing something 'different'. I've seen her as Sam Mitchell of course, and I saw her as Nelly Forbrush too, but this was another thing altogether in a round about way. Loved it. Didn't get to meet her unfortunately, but I did see her briefly afterwards. There were a few people waiting for her, and some bloke was ushering her on from inside, and she looked abit flustered so I didnt think it would be fair to interupt her. I think she wanted to get on and have a drink too, so left it. It was enough to see her though, and maybe one day she'll come 'Oop norf' with something else, and i'll meet her properly then. Overall it was a fabulous evening and really enjoyed myself. I really should've gone down on thursday like I wanted to Oh and I really laughed out loud at Susans description of Derby. You got it down to an absolute tee. There really is very little to it, like I said before. Wonder what Kim thought of it.
